Ann-Marie Curtis
I joined Stori in 2004 as a support worker working with clients experiencing Domestic abuse. Since then I have managed projects for a wide variety of support needs but all linked to the impact of experiencing domestic abuse.
I am passionate about making a difference for survivors of VAWDASV, every single contact we have is an opportunity to prevent serious harm, to provide options or to listen and validate the experience.
I have worked for Stori for nearly 21 years during that time I have worked with hundreds of survivors every Stori is unique, however there are may similarities, I try to bring the experience to the training room bringing the voice of the survivors so that professionals have an understanding of the complexities of the dynamic. I know that highlighting best practice means that we can make every single intervention count.
