For example, developing skills and confidence may require interaction with others, and time and a safe space in which to test and practice your learning.  Knowledge, awareness and understanding could be developed through interactive training videos, e-learning modules, virtual group sessions, and self-directed learning  <\/p>\n<p>You may want to look at what is available and plan a programme of learning for yourself, starting with shorter, more accessible training offers, moving on to longer more interactive workshops and perhaps face-to-face programmes<\/p>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion accordion-flush sshp-accordion\" id=\"accordionExample-2\">\n    <div class=\"accordion-item\">\n        <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"headingOne-2\">\n            <button class=\"accordion-button sshp-accordion__button rounded-0 py-4 collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapseOne-2\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapseOne-2\">\n                <span class=\"sshp-accordion__title\">What can you expect of training providers to ensure a quality training experience?<\/span>\n            <\/button>\n        <\/h2>\n        <div id=\"collapseOne-2\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"headingOne-2\" data-bs-parent=\"#accordionExample-2\">\n            <div class=\"accordion-body px-0\">\n                <div>\n                    When there are a lot of training providers offering very similar but different products or programmes, it is sometimes difficult to know whether the training you will receive will be of high quality, and safe.  You may want to check whether the training is:                <\/div>\n                                    <ul class=\"fa-ul ms-0\">\n                                                    <li class=\"sshp-list-item d-flex gap-2 mb-3 mt-3 ms-0 pt-1 \">\n                                <div class=\"sshp-list-item__icon-container flex-shrink-1 \">\n                                    <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"sshp-tick-circle\" src=\"\" alt=\"\">\n                                <\/div>\n                                <div class=\"sshp-list-item__text-container w-100 mt-1\">\n                                    a nationally or internationally recognised programme eg: licenced training products (although these can sometimes be inflexible)                                 <\/div>\n                            <\/li>\n                                                    <li class=\"sshp-list-item d-flex gap-2 mb-3 mt-3 ms-0 pt-1 \">\n                                <div class=\"sshp-list-item__icon-container flex-shrink-1 \">\n                                    <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"sshp-tick-circle\" src=\"\" alt=\"\">\n                                <\/div>\n                                <div class=\"sshp-list-item__text-container w-100 mt-1\">\n                                    accredited or quality assured by an external quality assurance experienced in the field, with the technical expertise to deliver the training regarding both their training skills, and their knowledge and understanding of the topic area <div class=\"sshp-list-item__icon-container flex-shrink-1 \">\n                                    <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"sshp-tick-circle\" src=\"\" alt=\"\">\n                                <\/div>\n                                <div class=\"sshp-list-item__text-container w-100 mt-1\">\n                                    delivered by organisations who also deliver services and can draw on their current practice to enhance their learning and development offer                                <\/div>\n                            <\/li>\n                                                    <li class=\"sshp-list-item d-flex gap-2 mb-3 mt-3 ms-0 pt-1 \">\n                                <div class=\"sshp-list-item__icon-container flex-shrink-1 \">\n mt-1\">\n                                    delivered through a range of approaches throughout their offer to support different learning styles and preferences, or a hybrid offer of face-to-face and
