Help is at Hand Cymru

It is really important that people receive the right support if they have been affected by a suicide, and they may need specialist help.There is a resource called ‘Help is at Hand Cymru’ that is available on-line, in Welsh and English, for people who might be affected by a suicide or other unexplained death, including:​

• people close to the person who has died​
• those caring for the person who has died and who might then be supporting the family and others​
• health, education, rescue and other professionals who may have been exposed to the death and been affected by it themselves​
